Items are shipped within 2 business days from when the order was placed. All items are shipped USPS Priority 2-3 day, with the possible exception of catnip, which may be shipped USPS First Class at no cost to you.
Returns
All of our products are 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the unused portion (min. 75% please) and we will credit your account or issue you a refund, whichever you wish. We do hope you will give us the chance to correct any issues you may have with your order - we're not happy unless you're happy!
